Application Engineer Job

The Person

• Possess Degree in Engineering. Preferably Mechanical and Electrical background.
• Experience at least 3 years’ experience, any related equipment or engineering field would be an added advantage.
• Has knowledge in industrial & marine product related.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Good team player and engage well with external customers.
• Proficient in English and computer literate.

The Job

• To provide technical support to sales team and business partners on products application.
• Responsible to approach consultant or naval arch for tender specification submission and clarification of product technical application.
• To work with the principal engineering and application department team or HQ Product Head to solve product related issues and provide feedback on issues in the field.
• To provide product installation advice, interfacing and commissioning, compiling relevant documents to customer.
• Requires travelling and attending meeting with the customers.
• Maintains good relationships with all relevant customers, consultant/naval arch or government authorities for support activities.
