The Person

1. Academic Qualifications
   • Diploma / Degree in Sales/ Marketing and any other equivalent qualification
2. Work Experience
   • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in lubricant sales & marketing
3. Knowledge
   • Basic in business knowledge, lubricants or product knowledge. Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point), some technical knowledge/ background would be an added advantage
4. Skills
   • Communication, presentation and negotiation skills

The Job

1. To serve own customer accounts and appointment of new account with regards to obtain purchase orders and coordinate sales strategy as well as ensuring collection 100%
2. To ensure monthly target for sales, literage and GP set by the management is achieved
3. To report to management on sales initiative, issues, territory management and competitors outlook
4. To manage customer complaints and execute solutions procedure end to end
5. To focus sales effort on existing and potential volume of distributors/ dealers
6. To provide an excellent customer service such as visitation, follow up call, communication, respond, problem solving and understand customer need and requirement
