Managed cloud computing infrastructure to support both back-end systems and end-user services, ensuring seamless delivery across project initiatives and day-to-day operations.

• Managed Hybrid Cloud Computing Infrastructure for production & DR.
• Managed M365 Infrastructure subscription services.
• Managed  end-user computer services, asset management, IDAM,Service Delivery & Patch Management.
• Managed IT projects and daily operations.
• Dashboard reporting and documentation.
