The Person

  • Preferably but not strictly possess degree in related disciplines (Human Resources, Mathematics,Statistic, etc).
  • In depth compensation design experience.
  • Meticulous, attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The Job

  • Work with Head of Performance and Rewards on Total Rewards framework and philosophy from designing, getting approval from stakeholders and implementation of the approved framework.
  • Managing the delivery of all implementation activities for compensation initiatives, including salary planning, remuneration modeling, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning and design, benefit planning, vendor relationships, and/or other services as required.
  • Managing the delivery of all implementationa activities for Performance initiatives, including promotion, Performance Management System cycle, and/or other services as required.
  • Managing the delivery of all implementation activities for benefits initiatives, including flexible benefits and other benefit.
  • Provide advice and support to stakeholders as required.
