Senior Executive, Finance & Accounts Job

The Person

• Academic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; or
    Professional certification such as CIMA, ACCA, CPA, etc
  • Finalise in CIMA, ACCA, or MACPA etc
    3 – 5 years working experience for Degree or Professional Certificate holder.
  • More than 10 years working experience for Finalist CIMA, ACCA or MACPA
  • Audit background preferred.
  • Capable to manage full set of account
  • Capable to manage operation majorly for account receivables.
  • Costing experience
  • Experience in internal and external charging preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel which includes advance features such as power query, macro, automate, formulas that can enhance the preparation of analytics reports.
  • Good communication and able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capable to operate accounting system, ie SQL & Cognos and also powerpoint.

The Job

• Responsible for the operations of billing, encompassing charge entry, claims submission and payment posting functions.
• Track and analyse billing and claims for accuracy and completeness; submit claims to proper entities and follow-up on any issues.
• Responsible to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve all enquiries related to billing, charging, claim and payment. 
• Responsible for timely and accurate maintenance of costing model for IT Services and tracking of budget and actual incurred.
• Responsible for the operation of Account Receivables, Account Payables and staff claim, including maintenance of Debtors and Creditors aging log. To ensure timeliness in process and the accuracy of record keeping.
• Assist in preparing and highlighting the issues for business costing with OPS team on monthly basis and assist Billing on monthly and quarterly
• Assist in preparation of budget, forecast and business plan, assist in monitoring of income, cashflow and expenditure to manage business budget
