The Person

• Possess Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Has minimum 3 year working experiences in the Heavy Equipment or related sector.
• Has marketing knowledge in the Heavy Equipment sector.
• Has basic product & application knowledge of the various heavy equipment.
• Has good skills in communication , marketing & selling, interpersonal, leadership, negotiation & coordination.

The Job

• To be the preferred equipment supplier. To plan, control, formulate and direct marketing activities for effective marketing positioning.
• To achieve annual sales budget and ensure department profitability for Central Sales and Komatsu product.
• To monitor all branches equipment sales officers’ sales performance, lost sales and provide suggestions or proposals for equipment sales improvement.
• To ensure effective teamwork and highly competent sales team and succession planning.
