Engineer, Bidding & Proposals Job

The Person

• Holds a degree in Engineering or a related field
• Has a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the engineering industry or a related sector
• Demonstrates a strong interest in the oil & gas, power generation, or broader engineering industries
• Possesses excellent communication skills and experience in managing tender bids
• Capable of collaborating with sales and after-sales teams to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Proficient in English and computer literate, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Willing to travel as required and possesses own transportation
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and thrives in a team-oriented environment

The Job

• Manage all tender bids, TCs, and technical meetings
• Guide the project team on awarded projects
• Ensure team members work within the allocated budget
• Support the sales team in marketing activities (e.g., technical meetings)
• Support the after-sales team in post-sale activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and principals
