The Person

Academic Qualification

  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistic or related field

 

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in lubricant sales & marketing

 

Knowledge

  • Basic in lubricants business or product knowledge.Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point), Power BI and technical knowledge/background would be and added advantage

 

Skills

  • Communication, presentation and negotoation skills

The Job

  1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of pricing strategies across product lines and market segments to ensure alignment with business objectives and competitive positioning.
  2. Monitor pricing trends, competitor pricing acions, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for price optimization and strategic procong adjustments.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to gather revelant data and insights for pricing decisions.
  4. Develop and maintain pricing models, tools and dashboards to support pricing analysis and decision making processes.
  5. Analyze product positioning startegies, including brand positioning, messaging and target market segmentation, to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  6. Evaluate market trends, customer behavior and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for product positioning strategies.
