The Job
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives
- Assisting in industrial relations and union-related matters
- Preparing HR reports, conducting data analysis, and managing documentation for audits and compliance
- Collaborating on employee engagement and performance management programs
- Helping implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Contributing to strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
