The Person
- Possesses Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Digital Marketing/Management or any related field.
- Has minimum of 3 years of working experience.
- Has experience in customer service & support, digital marketing would be an advantage.
- Has good communication skill, marketing & selling skills, interpersonal, leadership, negotiation & coordination skills.
- Has knowledge in video/graphic editing software (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficient in English and computer literate.
- Willing to travel and has own transportation.
- Able to work independently and a good team player.
- On contractual basis with benefits.
The Job
- To achieve sales budget & collection target.
- To conduct market survey & provide feedback on competitor activities.
- To handle customer delivery & warranty claims.
- Ensure the department operation runs smoothly and complete the documentation.
- To handle branches enquires & visit the branch.
