The Person

• Possesses Degree or Diploma in Engineering Field (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronic or relevant)
• Has minimum of 3 years of working experience in the technical background.
• Proficient in MS Office and service management tools.
• Has excellent communication skill, customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.

The Job

• To ensure FM trucks are maintained according to schedule, acceptable quality and with cost allocated.
• To build a good business relationship with key customers.
• To plan and manage day-by-day activities (Preventive Maintenance, Repair & Batteries) are being done properly and correctly at customer site.
• To manage in the administration system as required and to ensure the document are in order especially FSRR, Safety Permit, Record & Parts.
• To ensure OHSAS 18001: 2007 requirement and regulation been implemented and followed by subcontractors and Safety Compliances at customer site.
