The Person

1. Academic Qualifications

  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


2. Work Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


3.Knowledge

  • Understanding of sales techniques and customer behavior.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Awareness of market trends and competitor offerings.


4.Skills

  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills with effective timemanagement.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse client needs, remain goal-oriented, and maintain a client-focusedapproach.

The Job

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outreach and networking.
  • Present products or services to meet client needs and objectives
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies and achieve targets.
  • Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Communicate client feedback and market insights to management.
