The Person
1. Academic Qualifications
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Work Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3.Knowledge
- Understanding of sales techniques and customer behavior.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Awareness of market trends and competitor offerings.
4.Skills
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills with effective timemanagement.

The Job
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outreach and networking.
- Present products or services to meet client needs and objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed quotas.
