The Person

• Academic Qualifications    
  • Bachelor degree (at least ) in Accounting,ACCA/CP/MICPA/ICAEW preferred.
• Work Experience 
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​At least 8 years of accounting working experience,prior experience in audit forms wolud be an advantage.
  • Background in a manufacturing company,familiar eith product and absorption costing.
• Knowledge 
  • ​​​​​​​Proficiency in ERP and finance system i.e LN10 or SAP.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian accounting principles,financial reporting standards (MFRS), and tax regulations.
• Skills 
  • ​​​​​​​A team player with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage/develop a team.
  • Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
  • Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.

The Job

To oversees the full spectrum of financial management,including strategic planning, accounting, tax compliance, and statutory reporting. To ensuresthe company's financial stability, regulatory adherence, and operational efficiency while providing key insights to support business and long-term success.

• Work closely and support the Head of Finance on all business and strategic decision-making with full spectrum accounting, finance, tax planning and statutory reporting.
• Oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
• Monthly review/analysis of financial statements & presentation of results to key management.
• Develop and manage the monthly forecast and annual budget.   

Others

• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Effective cash flow planning & management.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Liaison with banks, company secretary, external auditors, Inland Revenue Board and government organizations to ensure fulfilment off all compliances.
