The Person
- Possess Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Has at least 5 years of working experience in Heavy Equipment Parts Sales or related industry.
- Has knowledge in Parts Marketing, Sales Management, Inventory Control System, Debtor Management, Business Planning and Partnership with Principals.
- Have good skills in interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, organising and coordination.
- Contractual basis with flexible benefits.
The Job
- To achieve annual parts sales budget and parts profit target of the company
- To plan, develop direct and monitor parts marketing and promotional programmers to increase market share and customer base through effective implementation of action plan.
- To maintain an effective & efficient operation system at the same time adhere to company policies and effective debt management
- Develop high performance sales team capable of meeting/exceeding company’s parts sales budget, KPI and effective succession plan.
- Ensure collection are made within credit limit and period.
