The Person

Candidate with minimum Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Admin, Economics or other related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing, Inventory Management, Materials Control and Supply Chain
Strong knowledge and skills in negotiation, cost saving, material control and planning.
Knowledge of Computer (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

To purchase parts to support market aftermarket sales
To ensure supply consistency without gap out
Quarterly review of min-max to ensure up to date and accurate min-max level
Weekly release of PO to increase stock turnover
To manage inventory level to meet inventory turn target set by management
To control/reduce ageing inventory by working closely with Parts Sales & Service team, branches.
To follow up closely with requestors to ensure back to back order are taken out within a month from shipment ETA date
To expedite delivery for urgent orders & update requestors
